Where has Lapta Muhtar gone

Just getting ready to go to the Muhtar in Lapta,the one in the barbers,only to pass by the other day and the barbers is no longer there,now just a hole in the wall with lots of builders about.

So does anyone local knoiw how we get to see him?

The Muhtar is still around he lives past the play park and in the house with the large open water tank outside his house. He can usually be found in the cafe next to the barbers if not ask one of the locals and he will point you in the right direction, we found him on Tuesday no bother.

John, an update as of Sun, the barbers has opened again so you should get the Muhtar via this shop, if not if you go to his house he does have a sign outside.

I went and got mine yesterday. What a change in the Barbers shop, and all done so quickly, amazing.
