I believe that Turtle bay properties (estate agents) went bust some time ago, this company seems to get confused regularly with Turtle bay village, which was built by Kensington developments, however Turtle bay properties (estate agents) sold a number of properties on both Turtle bay and Turquoise bay, this is possibly where the confusion arises. I hope that I have stayed on thread, and cast no inuendo or been unprofessional G

Craig has nothing what so ever to do with Seyhans construction, Only Seyhan can sort out your problems. I think if you all look at your contracts Seyhan is in fact power of attourney on all of them and not the contractor.

Craig, he is also the developer which none us knew at the time that is why we all feel Mugged and how do you know about the contracts have you seen them and if you have why has Seyhan shown them to you if you have nothing to do with the situation.

Jim why are you writing like this to me on this board, you are writing to me on my personal email account too so please refrain from sending me emails to my account. I have explained to you my position. What does your contract say, whose name is it in, and NO I have not read your contract and Seyhan has not shown me. Does it not say on your contracts that he is the power of attourney for the constructor.

Seyhan represents the Vendor via power of attorney is what is on the contract so it is Seyhan who is responsible for the mess and it is Seyhan who has received all moneys (we do have the records) and used to answer all queries so Craig I have not sent you anymore e-mails and will not do in the future, if you are not involved then just stop writing on behalf of him.

The Title Deed holder on my contract shows that Seyhan has the power of attorney for Pembe Senmert who is the possibly his Sister . I say possibly because I only have his word on it . I have a question for Craig , how do you get an appointment with Seyhan ? I have tried what you might call the normal approach , call his number , email him , go to his office and make an appointment with his receptionist , the last time I caught him leaving his office 30 mins before my appointment .

i am not writing for him jim, I am only pointing out somethings that are relevant. It is normal for lawyers or advocates to receive funds on other peoples behalf. As to how to make an appointment to see him mugged, I really do not know.

Hi Mugged...when did you purchase on Turquoise Bay? We have been having trouble with Turtle Bay Properties for over a year, as they never transferred our 2nd stage payment to the developer Ya Ho/Osin. They used our money elsewhere and so we are unable to complete on our purchase. Seyhan was also our solicitor and was impossible to ever get hold of. He was not the developer when we were purchasing..it was Ya Ho/Osin (Oscar Group). Hope to hear from you. Wiggy

Could you tell me if this Seyhan is the same as my solicitor i.e. Yildirim who Terry Hamilton used to be in partnership with? Just that I can't get any replies to my calls, emails for some time now. But perhaps it is someone different?

That is worrying as they were 3rd solicitors I was dealing with. Fine until Terry left, and after than not so good. He did tell me that I should not have paid V.A.T yet without asking him, and that I should be hearing something soon about PTP, but that was last Nov. and since then difficult to get any response. I will try and contact Terry for advice.

sounds to me like you are up against it trying to buy property in Northern Cyprus Is in not possible to use solicitors over in the uk? Why the stage payments? you dont have that in Uk only in some forgin counties to me it smacks of the Developers not having the proper funding to build the development I more i see and read the less and less likly I am to consider buying I think I might look at very long term rental can you tell me is there such a thing? Are there folk who have bought more than one flat that might consider renting it out to one person for 5+ years at a time??
