I am thinking of doing a course using the Power Plate as I have heard it is very good for toning the body! Can anyone tell me where is the best gym to go to, and approximately how much it is?

I go to Power Plate studio on road to new harbour

I pay 15tl per 15 minute session on PP

Not sure if Jeanette is doing any offers at mo if you are block booking. Definitely tones up muscles.

Have heard good and bad reports of the power plate..some say it works some say it doesn't.
