Biker heaven in Alsancak (Camelot)

Motorbike enthusiasts are in for a treat as the TRNC’s first motorcycle festival prepares to get underway in May. KIMOFEST '09 is being held to raise money for the SOS children’s charity.

Hi Goldwing

If you are travelling West through Alsancak towards Lapta along the coast road, go past the 'lady' at the junction to Alsancak village, carry sraight along the main road, past Green Garage and Holiday Village, you will then see Starling supermarket on the right, used to be Fresco, turn right just past here and carry straight down towards the sea, you will arrive at Camelot beach. If you see the Lapta sign, you have gone too far along the main road.

Howabout we arange a bikers meeting prior to this event at Kings Bar to see who is interested in attending this event & to disscus logistics.

!st 2nd and 3rd of May, would have expected to have seen something in the press last Saturday? Bikers Club made a small mention about the Kimofest in their advert in the Cyprus Today, but no separate announcement! Bikers Club have flyers and 'hand outs' at their shop. That is as much as I know.
