Hi,

I see from a recent message that a completion date of three months has been received. Where did this emenate from?

Nurten only recently looked for the final payment. I will be over in a week or so and wanted to get furniture etc delivered. I am wondering whether this will still be possible as we have been waiting for full completion of all site works before paying this last installment. Also can anyone advise if they has any information about penalty payments. I have enquired with Nurten but get no response. Has anyone actually received their payments?

Hi there, just wondered if you have any problems with Nurten and Evergreen? Have you got a final completion date from them yet?

I am across from 11 April to recheck snagging I completed at Xmas. Not getting furniture deliverd until the whole site is completed

You have more chance of Girne Harbour freezing over than getting a penalty payment in North Cyprus, just ask the question if anybody has managed to get one. We are 13 months overdue (£6500stg in theory) no point in asking.

Hi Linus,

Thanks for the response. We will also be over from 14th Apr and were hoping to expedite completion, furniture delivery etc then. Thats why I was wondering where you got a completion date of three months hence. Also if you have not paid the final installment have you been able to get full access to the appartment and to leave stuff in it.
