| I know it's illegal and it shouldn't happen, but it does and at least it's relevant to Cyprus. |

| France sorted out that little problem by introducing the guillotine to be used on unsavory rulers. Would work rather well here, though finding an equivalent to Place de la Concorde might pose a slight problem! Richard |
