All too often on these boards we complain about the lack of Customer Care. So I would like to put on record my thanks To Nesrin and staff at Creditwest Bank, Catalkoy for sorting out the mess regarding my electricity bill, good old fashioned customer service with a smile.

We like that!!

Nick, Look into their STG deposit rate accounts. I can't find better. Trying them on for sponsorship for next years tour which I have to do a presentation in Nicosia with 'Mister Big'. Let you know more on the 25th.

Just cashed in an ISA today after 2 years, which I forgot I had, not a lot, £50 but gained the princely sum of...£2.19!!!! I'm looking for a Weatherspoons to cash in my one beer token! Thank god for my bus pass!!!!!
