Hi all,



We are looking for a long term rental (min 12 months with the option to renew if poss) from beginning of June. Requirements are:



Alsancak, Lapta or Karsiyaka

Minimum 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms

Over 180M2 covered area

Central heating

Pool/garden

Sea View

Garage/shed

Fully furnished for year round living (not holiday let)





We are a family of two adults and 1 child (12) and we also have two well behaved cats. References can be provided.
