Our package runs out at the end of this month but we are not out until the end of May. If we do not renew before it runs out do we have to pay another set up charge or can we renew over the phone? All advice welcome.

they will probably charge you for the month while your not here.

it may be worth telephoning them to explain and see what they offer to do for you.
