Just interested at what, if any process is in place for foriegn nationals refused permission if they have already paid.?

Fairy there is no real process. The government are taking the stance that buyers should have got their permission to purchase before handing over money and going ahead with the sale.



The only option available is to contact the Home Buyers Pressure Group with your details. They are looking into this and they are peoples only hope of something constructive being done to address this legal loophole.



The system lets us all down.

I know the HBPG are doing excellent work, and your advice is to the point and usefull Bradus.



But sad all the same.
