| Good morning all,
We're taking possession, at last, of our 4 bed villa in Lapta within the next few weeks. I need to organise a 'builder's clean'. Can anyone recommend anybody? I also need to research some property maintenace options as it will initially only be a holiday bolthole. Again, any recs greatl appreciated.

My LTC friend will do it for 300 pounds, including windows inside and out.
Marble polishing 5TL/m2, tile polishing 3.5TL/m2. He is very thorough as I have seen his workmanship first hand. |

| high we do builders clean check out all water conections before clean fit any shower screnes or any other bits that will again make dust we can give you a quote also carry libilerty insurance as legal company find us at http://www.braceybuilders.com |
