I have a new, very large [275 sq meter] Villa to rent ,,

150 meters ocean edge, 3 bedrooms [huge] 3 bathrooms.

large garage ..10x5 pool,,, car parking 6 cars ,low maintenance front and rear gardens ..villa comes complete with garden service, patios balcanies off all bedrooms. central heating and full air conditioning. kitchen has all white goods + washing machine. and curtains are already there ..just bring your funiture ..

the current market value of this house [just appraised is £275,000] and to that regard, please dont think it can be rented for a villa that is worth £120,00 [currently available for between £400-£500..pcm]
