Hi Simma In Girne by the big roundabout at the Pia Bella end of the Town there is a large Bathroom showroom. They sell, or they did, hot tubs. I think they are about £5k. Karen

Personally, I can't think why anyone would want a hot tub in Cyprus

Hi lovingcyprus You don't need to have hot water. It could be used as a plunge pool with cold water. Karen

Hi All Orangekazzie is right but the one she talks about is very very expensive, We have one as does a friend and both were bought from Botanica at Catalkoy and we would thoroughly recommend them They dont attract mosquitos as they are treated the same way as a swimming pool

Here goes, friend bought a hot tub from Botanica recently, had lots of problems that were and are still not sorted. I bought air conditioning units from same firm and had major problems still have them firm not interested, not having a go just stating a FACT.

Hi Karen, Some relief at last, WOW Yes we paid £2800 for ours and it is a six person, with multicoloured lights and radio but no CDplayer and our friend paid about £2500 for something similar, one tip if you get one keep it in a sheltered place as we nearly lost the lid of the bliddy thing in one of the blows recently, but they are great and very relaxing, especially in winter months

Cheers Greg We have been thinking of having one installed but didn't really want to spend over £5k. Thanks for the tip of siting it as well. We aren't really sheltered, probably about the same as your place, but we overlook the ravine so are really open to the elements. Karen

Hi Karen We bought ours over two years ago and Roger's mum bought hers recently the newer model has some refinements that ours doesn't have, a pump went on ours but Botanica replaced it under the guarantee with no quibble at all. It is also surprising that the price has come down and I would say the updated model is superior in finish Another thing make sure that there is ample room to get it onto the site where you want to put it cos it comes in one piece
