I have been using a guy called Behzat, for nearly a year now, I am in Bahaceli, his number is 05338 755547. He speaks a little english but not a lot. He had water to sell all last summer when many in Esentepe ran out.

Cost last year varied between 10 and 12 YTL from Mustapha 05338310437. Pretty prompt and reliable.
