Long term 3 bedroom apartment for rent in Lapta with communal pool. Unfurnished but has white goods. Brand new never been lived in. Rent £250pm inc of site maintenance.

Who is the developer and where in Lapta. I have to relocate here as the house i live in has just been sold may have to move within next 2 months. Been in Cyprus for 3 years now

Not a clue who the developer is, dont understand why it matters its not for sale. The apartment is near to The Rose Garden Hotel.
