thinking of buying here any info would be much appreciated , rather ask the owners for an independent view thanks in advance, what amenities are nearby, what is the beach like, and are any unite ready to move into

Thalassa is an undisputed title,owned by a Greek ,sold by a Greek to an Israeli.Enough said.

Hi - When my partner and I first visited in July 07 it was with the intention to purchase an apartment at Thalassa. Indeed it was the site we ever visited in TRNC. We subsequently purchased a property on another development when we learned that the Thalassa development wouldn't be completed until 2010.



Has the development turned out as wonderful as it looked on the plans??

We don't know yet is the answer as only the first few blocks have had internals fitted. With the builder changing it will be a while until a judgment can be made.



Having said that they are selling million dollar villas next door, same developer, so you'd hope they have alot of confidence that it will be as good as they say.

Heard today from agent friend that they have cancelled some of the blocks and are gonna build villas instead (as per stu above (almost)).

I suspect this are the blocks they were building between the main blocks, this was definately a plan at some stage last year. These have definitely been shelved which is good news in my opinion. I always thought they were a mistake.



The villas are Salacia villas, next door , where the owners are making full use of the facilities at Thalassa, these retail at 639,000 GBP - A fair old whack in the current climate but fantastic location and design.



You can see them on the Cyprus invest website(And the Thalassa owners site under photos) It would be highly unlikely they would market villas of that price next to Thalassa without Thalassa being financed fully.
