I have an unfurnished 1 bedroom appartment for sale on the main road from Girne to Alsancak. It's on the first floor, above a row of shops with parking and access at the rear of the complex. It has a small terrace overlooking the road, a separate kitchen, living room and bedroom. One shower room. Ideal for single professional or starter home for young couple. Good for those needing to catch a bus or taxi from the main road. Only 4 appartments in the complex.



I can't decide if I want to rent it or sell it so I'm putting it on here for advice as much as offers.

I'd have to see it to understand it, why don't you try renting it out and see what happens.



take 150 plus utilities and I'm sure someone will take it.
