palm bay view management fees

Hi Can any one help, My friend has purchased a apt on palm bay view i know there were a number of posts on this site but cant find them.She does not use this forum have tried to get her to look,She is being asked for mamgement fees when the site is no where near finnished.Can any one on this site advise what every one else is doing regards this issue, thank you.

We have purchased at PBV No 9 (Pool Cres). From the newsletters,reports and other visits we have been told that the major amount of landscaping around that area has been completed. Also, it is hoped the pool area will be up and running before the summer. That being the case, it is my understanding, that all the Pool Cres (at least) have been asked for maintenance fees. Personally, I have paid.

Hi Morty, My Friend Marge is in one of the apt at the front facing the bay in the center a top floor apt when we were out ther in Dec ( my wife and my self that is we have bought on greatstone park esentepe), the area around the front apt block still had no road or paths etc so still a lot of work to be done in that area she is sorting out final payment and documents for connecting electric and water but she is unsure wether to post copys or scan and e-mail them what do you think ?

We were sent a Power of Attorney by PBV (e mail) re Electric & Water which we printed off, signed and scanned it back to Carol-Anne. PBV did not want them posted.



New building contractors have been on site since Dec.



We have been told the electric meter is now installed.



I am out in TRNC late May, so, if Marge wants anything looked at give me a shout.

Hi John,



Like Morty, we have purchased around the pool area. It is complete and our final payment has been made but as yet there are no meters to the apartment. We are expecting them soon. Again, like Morty, we emailed the power of attorney back so that the Developers could order the meters. We are now in the hands of the authorities.

I have a relation visiting our apartment and the site in a few days time. Will be glad to report back the latest information and updates on the site thereafter. If there are any particular points please let me know.

Hi thanks for the info guys,will tell marge when she gets back from Egypt have either of you tryed to have a ceramic shower tray fitted it was an optional and marge ordered it and they wont fitt it for one reason or another will find out what nos apt she is in as well.
