| The standard of driving in the TRNC is poor, in 2007 there were 47 deaths in traffic accidents, this works out at about 17 out of every 100,000 whereas in Europe the average annual death toll is only 4-5 people in every 100,000. The number of road deaths in the TRNC has decreased over the last 3 years but as you can see from the statistics you appear to be more than 3 times likely to be killed in a road accident than you are in Europe. |

| I guess you are probably correct there because as far as I can tell most of the accidents seem to be caused by excessive speed and the lunatic youngsters in their souped up heaps. |
