After reading the newspaper report ,regarding the Orams case ,I find it hard to believe that Mr Apostolides after winning the last round at the European Court would move or even let his family return to theTRNC. It is political ,whilst not wishing him any harm , and having some sympathy for both sides on the loooses after 1974 it is only realistic he would not be made welcome by the TRNC and expat community.Equally the same if anyone from the TRNC won cases in the SOUTH.It need sto be resolved not by the courts but by talks on both sides.

I have long thought that everyone who knows the situation and chooses to live there is suicidal.(tc's excepted)
