Ia m not a pool expert and from reports (many from Vaughn himself) I believed this was a customer focused and reputable company to deal with a villa owner who had diagnosed a problem with their pool. How wrong I was as Vaughan Williams is a composer not a businessman with ethical business credentials.

I called Vaughan to discuss a leak on my skimmers and he visited on 22/4 - all unsurprisingly knowledgable but full of doom on potential problems as obviously he had XRay vision prior to the excavation. To cut a long story short he stated he was happy to undertake the work and would come back with a quote to excavate, expose, repair and relay with no other stipulations. He duly rang back on 23rd witha quote for £250 fora 1sq. mt. hole which I accepted until advised I had to pay all monies upfront- which as we all know is not a sensible practice. I stated I would pay £100 deposit only and the balance on completion at which point I was passed over toBilly (the organ grinder not the monkey)
