| Does anyone know what is involved in having a well dug? do you need planning permission? are wells taxed? any helpful advice appreciated |

| i think it is taxed and you have to ask permission - it is normal - you cannot dig anywhere |

| you will need a permit and can only apply if the title deed is in your name unless the registered owner applies for you. |

| Ken as you are in Karsiyaka why not have a word with Tolga. He can dig a well for you and will deal with all the paperwork etc. |

| do a spot of dowsing with a rod to find water. İ did and i found water!!!! |
