| The Orams case is indeed a Civil matter. However, the ECJ ruling effectively grants full powers to the Courts of the ROC. I fear that criminal cases will be sort by the ROC. Such cases will emerge based upon ROC law.The ROC will seek enforcement in other EU countries if the alleged criminals are in the TRNC. It is now only for the ROC to find "ROC criminals" with illegal property or investments in TRNC and we will see applications for extradition and or custodial sentences granted in ROC courts but to be served in other EU countries. |
