| Sure. We are always looking for villas in North Cyprus.
But we need villas in centre Kyrenia and near Kyrenia a lot more.
We currently have a lot of demand, but cannot find available villas.
As you can see on our website, most of our villas we have are in Esentepe.

| I have just returned from a holiday staying around Kyrenia, Lapta, Bellapaise. It's a great shame more people don't give the economy over there a boost by choosing to stay in some of the excellent hotels and aparthotels there instead of paying foreign owners direct to stay in their empty villas. |

| Well, Amy Villas exceeded our expectations in our first year.
Like I said above, we are using our effort not to get more bookings, but to get more villas.
Our website is very user friendly and easy to use, as you can see.
In Google UK, when you search for relevant phrases, we come up in top 3 for mostly anything villa rental related.
Our terms and conditions for villa owners are not strict at all.
