Not quite a complete list, there's also: -

MBC Max, MBC Series, various sports channels (ok, they're often in 'foreign' but if you need a commentator to describe a football game, you shouldn't be watching it!), and ones like OTV & PSC (& others) that have foreign language during the day, but often show English language films on a night, Gear One, Moto TV etc.

I'm too lazy to sit in front of the damn thing and write 'em all down, so if you want more detail, you'll have to come round here, and I'll give you the remote & a pen...

Hope its not illegal otherwise you will have some one on your case. There again I only think he is targetting one particular business. Still you can never be too sure.
