They haven't gone bust......but they're not the best people to deal with, unless you want to be threatened with your own money. Personal experience. I bought my home from him, but luckily the home i bought wasn't built by him.....otherwise i'd be living under rubbles right now!

I would just like to say that we bought from kofali 3 years ago and they have been excellent with us from the word go. They have always been helpful. Our home was finished on time and has a better finish than lots Iv seen when we have been looking around other developments.

They are reasonably good builders, compared to most. They do insulate against damp penetration which is unusual, believe me. In my opinion, as someone who had 6 Kofali houses built adjacent to my home, Ali's interpersonal skills leave a lot to be desired (that's being generous). He will try to ride roughshod over anybody if it suits his plans.

I would be surprised if Kofali had gone bust.... As far as builders go in the North then Kofali are probably one of the best, in my opinion.

I was told he is now doing work in the Karpaz, so I presume they are still trading. I know he has stopped concreting his way through Karsiyaka, and has many unsold villas on his books, so maybe he has just down-sized his operation.
