Snagging Information Please

when you talk about snagging do they point out all the faults for example a chipped tile squint sockets, I know they would see things we probably would'nt notice things that could lead to major problems at a later date. However its the little details which drive you crazy (me) I would also like sorted out. Advice please on snaggers and does anyone know roughly how much to snag a 3 bedroom bungalow

We listed EVERYTHING we saw and yes if you have chipped tiles they should go on the list. And all was put right.



I would think that depending on the quality of your build (and builder) depends on how many items are listed on your snagging list so i can't help you there.

we have been snagging all the way through the build, from either photos or actual visits and most have been addressed, before they became a big problem.



Hopefully making the final snag list that much smaller.
