Depends if it's on the pool side of the isolating valves or the pump room side. If it's on the pump room side valve everything off and dismantle the leaking section. Dry it out and reglue it. Be very careful about unscrewing valve couplings, though. I have know of valves which have been put on the "wrong way round" and as you unscrew the coupling it dismantles explosively leaving you to scramble out of the pump room before it fills, rather like escaping from a sinking ship. If the leak is on the pool side of the iso valves, you can't do much about it until next time you empty the pool.....

There are 4 isolation valves on an overflow pool. If I were you, I'd close them all and put the multi-port valve in the closed position, slacken the couplings on the main drain and vac valves (not all the way!) and drain the water out of the pipework. In a day or so it should be dry enough for you to wallop a dollop of glue on your leaky joint. Let it dry for a day and then tighten couplings and flood the system. Fingers crossed, the leak might be cured.

If you go to Cyprus Pools they import an American Wet & Dry glue (Blue in colour) which is v.expensive but brilliant stuff.
