After a tiring day of setting up for the gig, it turned out as a great success. Everyone seemed to enjoy them selves!! THE OLD ROCKERS, JOHNNY AND THE LIARS and the one and only- FUNKY MONKEY.

Thanks to all thoes who helped to set up and a great thanks Jonnie Hawkins who gave up his time on his own birthday to make it all possible.

I second that, it was superb.



I knew it would be good but it exceeded expectations. If you weren't there, you missed a truly great evening and I understand the amount of money raised was brilliant.

We had a great night. Thought the Old Rockers and Funky Monkey were brill. Johnny and the Liars not really my scene, but only because I didnt know most of the songs they sang and I do like to sing along.



Jasmine Court, nice venue, but 20 lira for a local vodka and coke and small bottle of lager, I thought was excessive, but didnt stop me enjoying the night and would go again.
