If you haven't contacted Neil do so as we now have a sizeable community being formed. It will be great to hear from new apartment owners. The site is now almost complete with the maintenance of the site commencing next month. We need to have a full community in place by then to liase with the maintenance company as to our expectations

welcome to the aphrodites ,glad you are joining us we are also in block 12a hopefuly we can all meet up in the near future.

we are lucky to have neil and paul trying to sort out a few issues on our behalf regarding maintenence contracts etc, so the more members the better.



what are your thoughts on the site and build quality.
