Hi Guys its me again

Can anyone recommend anyone that does long lease letting's, we are interested in a 3 bed villa with pool and air con. Also can you give us any information on what the job situation is like out there seeing as its very hard to set up your own businesses.

I have a great 3 bed villa with a pool in Ozankoy which is open for a long term rental. There is a large sittingroom with dining area at one end - three bedrooms all with air-con, three bathrooms, great kitchen with a bar for those all important G&Ts, large garden, queit location but quick access to the village and Kyrenia. Drop me a line off board as we have a number of villa's on offer for long lease at sensible prices

Jobs - depends what you are looking for and you normally require a work permit,

your own business - unless you have a T/C partner, you are required to deposit a substantial amount of money in order to form a limited company ($100k) and there are a number of other hurdles to overcome before you can start trading and get your money released
