| Morning John I am assuming that what you need measuring is your land boundaries and the placing of your property within that boundary on the site plan as done for final building permission. There are a number of private companies that will do this but it is best to use one that is also used by the government for official site plans. The companies will charge you for what you actually need doing ie boundary measurements only, the price will depend on how many pegs you want in ( points of measurement ) I have used one such company and their office is near the HSBC bank in Girne contact Ugar Kaya ( speaks English ) on 0533 861 1261 he will discuss your needs. As a guide and this was last year, it will cost around £200-£300 per property depending on the work involved The measurements are correct to with one foot and are legally recognised, they use the laser type measurement or something like that ? sorry bit technical for me. Hope this is of some help Codger |
