I am interested in buying an apt. ( 2 or 3 bedrooms ) in upper Lapta, Alsanjac, Karsiyaka close to the main street.

I am looking for something nice with a layered sea view etc.

Barking dogs do not bother me.

I have a nice 3 bedroom apt near the Merit for sale. It comes with lots of extras and all taxes have been paid. Deeds ready to be taken from the builde, other people on the site have received theirs.
