This is a clear misuse of this board. Julie, please correct me if I am wrong but my understanding of the situation is this. You signed an agreement to buy a property from a developer and later you defaulted on your payments or changed your mind and wanted your money back. Under such circumstances Unwins as Estate Agents did not have to refund you their commission. The Complaints office and the Estates Agents Union were not very happy with your propaganda campaign against TRNC in the media in UK. So Unwins bent backwards to help you and pay back the commission they earned from the deal. Unfortunately you have taken this as a sign of weakness and for some reason you are keeping up your vendetta agains the Unwins.







This is a board for information and not for personal vendettas. Please correct me if I am wrong and exactly where I am wrong for everyone to see.

Julie.....these posts are becoming counter-productive.



People were interested in reading about poor service from Unwins,and any other estate agents , to serve as a warning.



However,this has now become vindictive,and repeatedly posting the same info 18 months after it has been sorted,may actually garner some sympathy support for Unwins......which I'm sure you don't want.

Im sorry Sienna. I can see now you are not the same. Your style was very much like Juliet also know by othe names. Im not sure who this Julie is though. Can we still be friends. Its just some very strange postings at the moment. No names no pack drill but strange questions from people who are loaded after just coming out of the army and others starting a richard branson type venture but always on here.
