This is a clear misuse of this board. Julie, please correct me if I am wrong but my understanding of the situation is this. You signed an agreement to buy a property from a developer and later you defaulted on your payments or changed your mind and wanted your money back. Under such circumstances Unwins as Estate Agents did not have to refund your their commission. The Complaints office and the Estates Agents Union were not very happy with your propaganda campaign against TRNC in the media in UK. So Unwins bent backwards to help you and pay back the commission they earned from the deal. Unfortunately you have taken this as a sign of weakness and for some reason you are keeping up your vendetta agains the Unwins.



This is a board for information and not for personal vendettas. Please correct me if I am wrong and exactly where I am wrong for everyone to see.

Good look to all customers who purchased at Mouflon 1, Serena Park, AGA Developments, Andelip and all other failed sites, as marketed by a sole agency, it's worth asking for your money back, after all, did you get your house ?

This is the 2nd thread posted by this BB contributor that takes this board into a legal quagmire.



One has already had to be pulled because of the possible threat of legal action against the BB as it was possibly libelous/slanderous.



The next, though informative, failed to be clarified, and remained provocative.



This one appears to be part of the shotgun approach. Not one barrel but two.

legal victories and lay its author open to other legal action as co-respondent in libellous accusations.
