Recipe for Traditional Cypriot Baked Fish

Good morning All, does any one have a tried and tested recipe for Baked Fish please ? have googled it , but thought someone might have made it and could pass on their comments

if it is a whole fish eyes head etc? after it has been cleaned lie on some foil & rub the whole thing with lemon juice, then sprinkle some rock salt over it, add a few rings of raw onion (optional)& sliced tomato, then drizzle some cypriot olive oil over wrap the foil round & bake in oven until ready to serve.Enjoy.

Hi cypwine , many thanks , having friends over this evening , having Kleftico but two are vegetarians so i thought i would do a fish alternative for them , what fish do you recommend , bearing in mind i've got to get it from the local supermarket
