Is bicycle Hire in Kyrenia possible?

Can anyone tell me if there is a bicycle hire service in Kyrenia itself? I assume there is such a thing in the mountain villages? Actually, information about any bike hire would be great.

There is a bicycle hire service in the ( narrow ) street between the square with public toilets ,next the parking near the townhall and the harbour / castle.

I don't know any prices.

a bit more info on Nick Bayley for you... he's got a shop in Gecitkoy, up past Karsiyaka. He's very helpful and has plenty of mountain bikes for hire at 20 TL per day

Hi, I have just caught site of this thread. The confusion here is that there were two Nicks. Nick Bointon has left the Island. I still have bikes at Gecitkoy. They are available for collection or we can deliver/collect for a fee. The bikes are Marin Bobcat, hard tail, trail bikes. They come with helmets plus tool kit and pump. We have maps of way marked trails around Gecitkoy reservoir, routes to suit all comers. We also have a bike rack for two bikes that will fit most vehicles. So how do you find us. First property on the left as you enter the village from the Lapta direction. (Dolmus stops outside). Ozyarali Market. Call Nick 0533 844 70 15 or Volkan (English & Turkish) 0542 854 26 08
