It was a Fantastic response and thanks all i have never laughed so much for a long time ,sorry but the answers not as funny what a shame, apparently the Bar in Question is called Liaisons but because of its rapid decline under new owners and his lack of personality some have started to call it other names any ideas ???

Surprised to hear this about Liaisons. We were there first week in Feb and went in the bar on Wednesday night for the quiz and couldn't get a seat. Didn't stay long because it was just too busy. The guys behind the bar were very friendly and during the day we had a couple of lunches there which we enjoyed. I think people might be talking about the previous English owner who was rude and surly but he left last year. The new owner is TC and he employs a couple of English local guys to run it who were always chatty and lively.

Fairly new to the area so although I know we have passed Erols whilst out walking in the village, I can't remember where it was. Liasons above mosque, top end of village. Sorry can't be more helpful. Hopefully will know more about village life and location of all bars and restaurants when we return in April.

Good thing about Liaisons is the car parking they provide for the OLd Mill!!! I often slip the old Normus mobile in while at the Mill for a bevy, remember the surley english chap offering well priced drink, good grub, and merry banter. The place seems to have had more staff than the QE2 since. On a sad note have heard the car park has been recently sold off, building a warehouse for Cypriot Antiquities prior to export to the States.
