Thinking of renting, how much would a fairly large 3 bedroom one on suite, air conditioned detached villa with private pool with good views cost per month. Thinking of renting on a yearly basis.

Dear Jim, the prive varies on the location you wish to be in. You can get a rough ideal from my website http://www.epluscyprus.com but it will normally cost around the £500/550 mark with the pool maintenance included but like I said it depends on location, furnishings etc. Best regards,Lydia

I have a nice villa smoggyjim! It will suit you if want to live in a nice little close(mainly brits) up in the mountains about 25 mins drive from Girne Views are super! and you can walk to the local shop too. £425 plus your own utility bills.
