Tootie, No pool, but to be honest the sea water is like bath water 12 months of the year and just about all the beaches are golden sands. The temp is between 27 and 31c 12 months of the year. There is room to add a pool, or maybe a plunge pool would be cheaper to install and run, and i think thats about all you would need.

Can I ask a rude question please? Why are you selling? I have visited the island a couple of times, your place looks nice. It is expensive to live there, is it a risky investment? We all know the pitfalls in the TRNC, why is it proving difficult to sell?

Not being nosey here, I am looking to invest in another country. Please mail if you cannot write the answers on here.

Steve, No problems what so ever, its the same as owning a house in the uk. All deeds are with my Barbados Solictor, No risk. I have owned it for 4 years and its time to move on to pastures green.



It does need some T.L.C. as i put in the advert, and i think that is why it may be sticking, plus the very obvious, we are still very much in a rut World wide.



It rents for £850 to £900 a month long term, and £400 to £450 a week short term, figures i can show you. If i still own it this time next year i will go over for 3 plus months and get the inside done, and of course have a super nice holiday while im there. I will take cars, boats and property in p/x here or in the u.k. cash either way.

I have friend who is going on a cruise starting Barbados March 12th. He has a beautiful 4 bed villa, 220 metre squared., with deeds, with fantastic views, fully furnished, well, marble throughout, open plan, 4 wheel Drive vehicle 20 minutes east of Girne. I wont say anything to him yet, but is there a number he can ring in Barbados to view if he is interested. He might well be because him and his wife have lived all over the world and liked the Carribean. I am building here, not to the value what your asking.
