Hi i am a property owner in the TRNC and having problems with the builder and court cases etc etc. I need 1 weeks accomodation for 2 people from the 17th of june to the 24th of june and it must be clean and cheap due to high legal fees and constant travel cost. So if anybody knows of anything please please contact me many thanks nic

The Paradise bungalows are a bit of a disaster, stayed there a few years ago - never again. Try the Courtyard or the Grove and you will have a comfortable stay while you deal with your property stuff.

I have a beautiful, large, clean apartment to let short term with pool, private garden,large communal landscaped gardens, flyscreens, digiturk, full aircon, superking bed, beautiful site. Hi....I always use OSCAR hotel....great facilities, contact them direct...they charge me £16 gbp a night Bed and Breakfast!

Try Club Z. It's within walking distance to the courts, advocates and the center of Girne. It's got a pool, gym and family atmosphere. They have a range of options from a basic room to self catering. If you are interested I can give you a name to use for your referral - they should reduce the price for you.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms and is located in Lapta by the sea near the Sempati Hotel. The normal rate is £225 per week for this time of year but I can let you have it for £180 17th-24th June ( inc £50 allowance for electric use). It is large, private, lovely and clean with all mod cons and peaceful garden. The apartment is fully managed and you will be well looked after.
