Does anyone know what is happening at the de-funked Fatisa supermarket? It has been extended at the front and lots of building work going on.



Just curious - ok then, just nosy!!! Let's pray it's not another Lemar, Starling etc.....

I believe that M & S, together with Waitrose and John Lewis are planning a joint venture.



Food is rumoured to be provided by a Wimpy franchise.



The staff will be taught customer service skills and there will be free home delivery for all internet orders over £20.00 / 50 TL.

Probably a new 'Bikers Shop' as no-one can afford to run cars any longer. Probably be a car showroom for all the brit plated cars to get offloaded so as not to pay duty on them

Fatisa also constructed property leaving many purchasers without deeds, those that did receive their deeds only did so by paying the builders taxes, on some of the Fatisa sites mortgages have been placed on the land with owners possibly about to loose their homes. I for one hope that the activity at the supermarket has no connection to either of the previous partners as neither deserve to ever trade in the T.R.N.C. Again. Rob.
