The site where our apartment is located is very peaceful, there are only generally 50% of apts occupied at any time out of 36. Ours is the most peaceful and private being on the end facing the sea in a block of 4 apartments with only one other occupied. The site is in Lapta 500m to the sea with sea and mountain views, close to the Sempati Hotel.

Hi glenda,



We have a 2 bedroomed detached bungalow with garden that will be available Jan/Mar 2010. It is in a very quiet location 20minutes drive east of Kyrenia. It overlooks the communal pool and has amazing sea and mountain views.

It has Ac/heaters and we are putting in a wood burning stove in September + radiaters in the 2 bathrooms.

Hi Glenda - I realise you have probably already considered this, but just a word of advice. I see you are wanting to rent from January - March. Do ensure the property has adequate heating.



I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but it does get surprisingly cold indoors in the winter months.
