Hi

I am busy this afternoon with my posts, and hope my grey vision can be claered up! This is why I have made seperate posts.



My PTP has come through on some land that I purchased in 2006. I have paid for the land, and also half of the advocats fee.



Can anybody tell me precisely what I have to do now? I know that I must pay the taxes - but how much? Am I liable from 2006? Could anyone give me a ballpark figure on £33,000?



What about the transfer? I understand that I can get a reduction to 0.75% until the 8th July. How much will it cost approximently, and what would be the latest date that I could pay in order to qualify for the reduction?
