Just an update on this topic for anyone interested, I have had card meters installed to 2 fuse boxes, 1 on each floor. We have just isolated the Air Con feeds so we only need to use the meters during the hot periods and the rest of the villa elec iwill work as normal.



Many thanks to Vaughan & Nigel for their help and advice and installing these for me.



I will let you know how it goes.

Glad to be of service.

I think this system will help lots of people make letting their property more proftable. It will also go someway to reducing your carbon "footprint", something which we should all be attending to.
