Hi



Savyon Village was the first development of Savyon Ltd and the builders are Korman and Cyprus Pools (pool builders). The village is situated in Catalkoy in the most beautiful spot with views across to Bellapais Abbey and because it is 500 feet above sea level has unobscured views of the med and at times you can even see Turkey.



We bought our villa off plan and we love it's location and its design too.



We have owned our villa for 18 months now. We have great neighbours who are now great friends too and that is something to be cherished when you move bag and baggage to a new country.



If anyone wants any info on Savyon Village just give me a shout. Happy to answer all questions and truthfully too.....................

We are going out to north cyprus on holiday late July staying at Riverside with the intention of looking around all the different areas. Would like to buy a 2 or 3 bedroomed apartment or villa but not sure which area till we look around. What sort of amenities are there in Catalkoy, i.e. nightlife, restaurants etc. Glad you have had a good experience which counts for a lot so will definately look at this area.

I've bought on Turtle Bay Village, its looking really good, a credit to Savyon Ltd (aka Kennsingtion Developments in the UK).



I've not taken possession yet, that's due in August, but I can only say they've been really professional in all my dealings with them
