digital supreme not working?

Just as Eastenders started last night my telly froze and stayed that way, am I the only one. Eastenders is depressing but not as depressing as only having the news to watch. no-one at the shop, no-one on the phone, will it come back?

We had a few beers outside on Sunday & then went in to watch the last game of the season (Internet was fine - nethouse) but we couldn't get a picture for 20 mins, on for 3 seconds & then it froze. Now what do we do ? had a drink so cant go driving anywhere !!

It came back on for the last 5 mins of the 1st half & fine till the 2nd half kicked off. ( well peed off now ) Missed all the goals in the second half............................................ As soon as the footie finished the channels were working fine !! ?? !!!!



My neighbours was the same, the bloke opposite was the same & the bloke up the road was the same....



I only bought this system to watch the footie as I don't bother about the films & there hasn't been a game in the last probably 20 games where it hasn't froze from anything form a min to 5 mins & no time during a game is a good time to lose the pic.



I'm going to be looking into setting up my box to get the codes from another source.

Showsports etc was abysmal on Sunday and then last night almost all channels froze. So not only were we not able to watch football on Sunday but no Eastenders last night. I also want to record a programme last night after we went to bed but just not worth it in case it was still frozen.

I can't say overall how it is cos I only watch footy so this has only been a couple of hours a week during football season -



definitely not as good as when we 1st had it.

And I thought it was only us!!! I`ve been in several times to complain but there is always an excuse. Seriously thinking about knocking it on the head after the three months is up. Anyone finds an alternative (a good one) please share it with us all. Thanks. We had Cold in Alsancak before and had similar experience there, hence the reason for changing to Digital Supreme.

Spoke to a friend yesterday, he had the same problem, freezing.



Seems odd that the Pubs etc never seem to have any problems.



When you're sitting there with your 5 tl beer!!!



Only seems to be private individuals that are having problems :-(

navek, I can confirm that I had many problems in my pub when I was using digital supreme, but my beer is only 3 for a pint of fosters!!! Not using them any more, did loose some custom due to system problems.

we had big problems yesterday and always have problems when footies on. you can complain to norman but it does no good. you would think he would sort it out as he must read this page and its not a very good advert. fingers crossed for viewing tonight

my wife turned on showtime to watch eastenders tonight and it froze intermittently throughout the programme, getting really fed up with the system now

hi ya all had the same problems as every one else,spoke to adele came round yesterday changed dish angle and now computer is very fast tele different no show time for five days missed all football on sunday had to go out to watch it at lot of money every month for up to now a crap service,lets hope it gets better as prommised

Strange all the problems at same time, like most of you we have had periodic freezing of the system but this seems to much to be a coincidence. Could someone be trying to hack into their system? After all Dopi offer same programs but not getting problems. Ds internet still working even though tv freezing does not make sense.

Today we Found The Problem in our Servers. Someone Hacked our servers and all passwords. so today we were monitoring our servers and we found them ...so from today we chages our settings for servers......90 % customers are back on our system ....and we are still changing the setting of our clients boxes and not finished yet.

and we ll do instantly changes in your dreambox............

Today We another new Firewall server installed on our Digital Supreme Servers coz its was hacked ...now every one is updated with new firewall and new data. zapping the channels are fast now as well ......so finger cross...everything ll be ok from now on.....Digital Supreme
