Buying on the Kibris Garden Development near Titlisu

Hi

I am new to this forum so please bear with me if this subject is already on the site somewhere. My husband and I are going over to Cyprus next week hoping to buy a re-sale property. We have arranged to look at a few properties and one of them is on the site mentioned above. Does anyone know of the site and has anyone on this forum actually bought property there?

I think the development is at Tatlisu , not sure of the development , but the area is tranquil , up and coming area for restaurants , a bank , petrol station , and good quiet roads , 35 min form Ercan airport , , also have a look at the Sea Terra Marina site overlooking the sea , overlooks a quaint fishing harbour , some really good re sales available there , hope this helps !!!!!

Hi mariaann and welcome to the forum. Wherever you look my advice would be to ask whether the land the development is built on has been mortgaged. Don't just rely on the estate agent/developer's say so try and ask some local residents.

Hi Mariann,



It is a great site, most properties are on 800+sm of land, been living in Tatlisu Gardens for 15 months now, it is brilliant we now have 7 of us living on site permanently, another couple semi permanently and approx 6 more holidays only. We have quite a few restaurants nearby, more seem to open every few months, a few local shops, and a supermarket (Lemar) in the pipeline. Very quiet area great sea and mountain views.



Call round and see us we live at no 6 which numer are you looking at I know numbers 1 and 18 are up for resale, both have never been occupied.
