| Yes, but it was a complicated answer that I could not do justice to. Went a bit O/T with a discussion of who should hold deeds, but then started to get a bit personal between OP and someone who felt they were being maligned publicly. |

ilovekibris sorry for the delay in replying as I missed your post, no bailiffs as yet.
The offer still stands the efes are still cold in the fridge which gets serviced regular.
