| Clarets To Host Leeds United

Burnley will host Leeds United in a pre-season friendly at Turf Moor on Saturday, August 1.
The game will kick off at 3pm and ticket details will be announced at a later date.
Burnley have already announced a pre-season tour to America, where they will play VC Fusion in Los Angeles on Monday, 20th July, a second game in Los Angeles on Wednesday, 22nd July (opponents yet to be confirmed) and Portland Timbers at PGE Park in Oregon on Saturday, July 25th. |

| Bradford City to face Burnley pre-season
Owen Coyle will be bringing his newly promoted Burnley side to the Coral Windows Stadium as part of their pre-season build up as they look ahead to starting life in the Premier League.
burnley newWade Elliott blasted the Clarets back into top flight football with the only goal of the game at Wembley last Monday in the Coca-Cola Championship Play-Off Final against Sheffield United and their visit to Bradford on Saturday 11 July will be the first game as the managers of both clubs will parade their new-look sides ahead of the 2009/2010 campaign which will kick off for the Bantams on 8 August and a week later for Burnley. |

| despite their low position in league 1, leeds utd are still such a big 'draw' in football
